Richiama is a service provided by AQAE SRL ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the website or our AI automation services, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using the site or the services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the services.

2. Description of the service

Richiama provides AI automation for call handling, reminders, follow-ups, CRM/calendar integrations and custom solutions (inbound, outbound, SMS/WhatsApp, recovering lost contacts, reviews, etc.). The services are provided "as is": we do not guarantee specific results.

3. Account and use

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Do not use the services for illegal or unauthorised activities.

4. Intellectual property

All content of the site and of the services (text, logos, software, AI voice) is the property of AQAE SRL or its licensors. Do not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

• The services are provided without any express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits.
• Maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the services in the last 12 months.

6. Payments and invoicing

• Custom pricing, detailed in the contract/demo.
• Payments in advance or monthly, plus VAT.
• No refunds unless specifically agreed.

7. Duration and cancellation

• Services on a monthly/annual subscription.
• Cancellation with 30 days' notice.
• We may suspend/terminate the service if the terms are breached.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update the terms: we will inform you by email/on the site. By continuing to use the services you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies; the court of Milan has jurisdiction.
