Richiama is a service provided by AQAE SRL ("we", "us" or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit the site or use our AI services.

• From services: data from CRM/calendar/SMS (only with consent).

We do not collect sensitive data without explicit consent.

• To provide the services (demo, setup, calls, reminders).
• To personalise the solution.
• To contact you for a demo/consultation (marketing with consent).
• To improve the service (anonymised analysis).
• To comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis: contract, consent, legitimate interest.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only with technical providers (under GDPR agreements) or with authorities (if required by law).

5. Retention

• Contacts/demos: until consent is withdrawn or after 24 months of inactivity.
• Active services: duration of the contract + 10 years (tax obligations).
• Browsing logs: 12 months.
