Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies richiama.com uses, what they are for and how you can choose. For everything else (who the data controller is, which data we process, your rights) please see the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Some are only needed to make the site work (technical cookies). Others are used for statistics, advertising or to remember your habits: these require your consent.

2. Technical cookies of richiama.com

They do not require consent because the site needs them to work.

• richiama_consenso: remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we don't ask you the same question on every page. It lasts up to 6 months; some browsers, such as Safari, may delete it sooner, in which case we ask for your choice again.
• The service hosting the site may use technical security cookies to protect it from attacks and automated traffic.

richiama.com does not use its own statistics, advertising or profiling cookies.

3. Third-party cookies: the Calendly calendar

On the home page you can book the free consultation from a calendar provided by Calendly (Calendly, LLC, United States). Calendly and the services it uses inside it may save their own cookies in your browser, for security, fraud prevention, statistics and marketing. These services include, for example, Google (anti-bot check and sign-in), Stripe (fraud prevention) and Datadog (performance statistics).

The calendar only loads if you accept cookies. If you reject them, you will see a box in its place: you can accept at that moment or open the calendar in a new page, directly on Calendly's website.

If you load the calendar, your IP address and browser data reach Calendly and the services it uses, including in the United States. For these transfers Calendly states that it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

These cookies are managed by the respective services. How they use them is explained in their privacy notices: Calendly, Google, Stripe, Datadog.

4. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok

The WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok buttons are plain links: they load nothing and save no cookies until you click them. Once you open them, those sites' rules apply.

5. How to change your choice

Your current choice: until you choose, we only use technical cookies.

The same command, “Cookie preferences”, is at the bottom of the site's pages. If you withdraw your consent, the calendar is no longer loaded; you can delete the cookies Calendly has already saved from your browser settings. From the same settings you can also block all cookies.
